                               RESOLUTION NO. 20968
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CHATTANOOGA-
                   HAMILTON COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
                   TO PERFORM A RE-EVALUATION OF CERTAIN
                   PROPERTIES WITHIN THE NORTH CHATTANOOGA
                   STUDY AREA AND EXTENSION OF THE STUDY AREA
                   TO INCLUDE CERTAIN OTHER PROPERTIES, MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a
       request to the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning
       Commission to perform a re-evaluation of certain properties 
within
       the North Chattanooga study area and extension of the study area
       to include properties on the north side of East Dallas Road, said 

       area more particularly described as follows:
            Properties located in the 1000 and 1100 blocks of East
            Dallas Road, and in the 1200 block of Duane Road, being
            on the northeast and southwest lines of East Dallas Road
            southwest of Hixson Pike, and on the northwest and
            southwest line of Duane Road southwest of East Dallas
            Road.
           
                 Part of the A. F. Hahn Tract, Dallas Heights
                 Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in
                 plat book 12, page 42, ROHC; part of the
                 property shown as future development, Revised
                 Plat of Williams Woods Subdivision, as shown
                 by plat of record in plat book 27, page 56,
                 ROHC; part of the Beck Tract, not recorded;
                 and part of the L. M. Thomas Tract, not
                 recorded; being all of Tax Map No.
                 127H-G-32-34, 127I-A-3, and 127I-B-6-9.
